Accessibility Statement

This draft Accessibility Statement describes the public website accessibility posture for NICI.care before formal accessibility review.

Draft for CAOMS legal, privacy, and compliance review. This page is informational and does not create legal, clinical, regulatory, or professional advice.

Accessibility Commitment

CAOMS intends NICI.care to be usable by care-home owners, administrators, care workers, service partners, and visitors using a range of devices and assistive technologies.

The website should prioritize readable typography, clear color contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible form labels, focus states, meaningful alternative text, and responsive layouts for mobile phones and tablets.

Current Website Practices

The public website uses semantic headings, visible form labels, button and link text, responsive layouts, reduced-motion CSS support, and high-contrast healthcare brand colors.

Interactive sections should remain operable by keyboard and should not rely only on animation, color, or hover state to communicate important information.

Ongoing Review

Accessibility is an ongoing process. CAOMS should test key website flows including navigation, demo request, reservation inquiry, care worker application, provider inquiry, legal pages, and Growth Hub article pages.

When issues are identified, CAOMS should prioritize fixes that affect access to forms, contact paths, product information, legal notices, and core educational content.
