Cookie & Analytics Notice
This draft notice explains the conservative V1 measurement posture for NICI.care and what should be reviewed before adding heavier tracking.
Draft for CAOMS legal, privacy, and compliance review. This page is informational and does not create legal, clinical, regulatory, or professional advice.
Current V1 Analytics Posture
NICI.care may collect privacy-conscious website analytics such as page views, CTA clicks, form starts, form submissions, general source or referrer information, and broad device or browser category.
Analytics should be used to understand public website performance and buyer interest. Analytics should not intentionally collect protected health information, resident information, payment data, passwords, or public-form contact details.
The footer visitor signal may display aggregate daily visitor count and broad interest areas. It should not display exact visitor locations or personally identify individual visitors.
Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement may be enabled to help CAOMS understand public website and advertising performance. Visitors may choose analytics preferences through the on-site analytics control when the Google tag is active.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use limited browser storage for user experience preferences such as theme selection or session-level analytics behavior.
If CAOMS adds third-party analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting, chat widgets, or scheduling tools, CAOMS should review whether a cookie banner, opt-out mechanism, or updated privacy disclosures are required.
Advertising and Retargeting
V1 should remain conservative with tracking. Retargeting, lookalike audiences, health-interest targeting, or advertising pixels should not be added until CAOMS reviews privacy, consent, platform policy, and healthcare-adjacent advertising risk.
If advertising tools are added, this notice should be updated before broad paid campaigns begin.
