NICI.care public forms are intended for business inquiries, demo requests, Care Command Station reservation or invoice requests, care worker profile submissions, and private service-provider partnership inquiries.

Depending on the form, CAOMS may collect business contact information such as name, email, phone number, facility or company name, state, facility type, bed count, number of facilities, role, service area, and message content.

Public website forms are not intended for protected health information, resident medical information, payment card data, passwords, production secrets, or private banking credentials.

CAOMS may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, evaluate reservation or invoice requests, review care worker or service-provider interest, improve the NICI™ website experience, and maintain basic business records.

If a customer moves from public inquiry into production onboarding, additional agreements, policies, access controls, security review, and data-handling terms may apply.

NICI.care may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand page views, CTA activity, form starts, submissions, traffic source, and general device or browser category.

Analytics should not intentionally store protected health information, resident details, payment data, passwords, or public-form contact details inside analytics events.

Public footer visitor counts should be shown only as aggregate daily signals and should not intentionally store raw IP addresses, exact location, device fingerprints, or resident-specific information.

If Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement is enabled, Google may process usage signals according to Google's own terms and privacy controls. NICI should not use analytics events to send PHI or sensitive form details to Google.

If CAOMS later adds advertising pixels, retargeting, or additional third-party measurement tools, this policy and the Cookie & Analytics Notice should be reviewed and updated before those tools are used broadly.

California and Colorado privacy laws may provide eligible residents with rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information, depending on legal applicability and business thresholds.

CAOMS intends to maintain a clear request path for eligible privacy requests and update this page as operations, data categories, vendor relationships, or legal obligations change.

Public inquiry information should be retained only for legitimate business, legal, security, or operational purposes.

CAOMS should not sell public-form contact information. If future data-sharing practices materially change, CAOMS should update this notice and any required opt-out mechanisms before implementation.
